• Let us introduce you to our story as a modern and innovative producer of gin in Scotland, as we opened the first exclusive gin distillery in Edinburgh in over 150 years back in 2014 in the Old Veterinary College of the University.

• Learn about how we developped our core range from a recipe written down in Bombay back in 1947.

• Explore our quirky inventions and fill your own miniature bottle of Pickering's Gin.

• Wrap up your tour with a tutored tasting of our core range.

Our Gin & History tour will take you through our gin production spaces, explaining the processes behind making our award-winning Pickering's Gin. Get to know how gin evolved through the ages and made a stunning come-back since 2010 with samples along the way. Your favourite bottle will be available in our shop at the end of the tour!

Our Cheese and Cocktail pairing masterclass will take you to our VIP boardoom for a one-of-a-kind tasting experience. With our expert host, you will explore and create 3 perfect pairings of gin cocktails and cheese with Pickering's award-winning gins.

Votre guide vous emmènera dans notre celèbre taverne dissimulée derrière notre atelier-musée pour une degustation unique oú vous decouvrirez notre Broody Hen Scotch Blend et Single Malt 10 ans, specialement créé pour le marché Européen et lancé en 2023.

La visite se poursuivra au coeur de notre micro-distillerie située dans les anciens chenils de l'hôpital vétérinaire. Vous verrez comment à partir d'une recette écrite à Bombay en 1947 et deux alambics, nous avons réussi à conquerir le marché du Gin depuis 2013.
