No, as a production site, we can't allow dogs on our premises.

We allow children above 12 years old to attend some of our tours with a non-drinker ticket.

Our tours are fully accessible except the Peacocktail and the Cheese and Cocktail as there is a flight of stairs to go up to the board room with no alternative way in.

Please let us know in advance if you need anything to make your visit more comfortable.

On some tours we offer non-alcohol options. On the pairing experience, we cannot accommodate non-drinkers on public tours. If you book a private tour, let us know in advance and we will find an alternative.

We will try our best to be flexible and find a date to reschdule your tour, but bear in mind that it will not always be possible.

We refund fully our tickets if you cancel more than 48 hours in advance. Within 48 hours of your tour, you will get 50% refund and we will not be able to refund your ticket if you cancel on the same day. We may try to reschedule you on a later tour or another day, but bear in mind that it will not always be possible.
