The perfect introduction to Whisky with The Broody Hen, an exclusive scotch of Summerhall Distillery.

Our tutored tasting will take you through our whisky tavern where you will discover the complex history that shaped the national spirit over the centuries as you are enjoying a selection of 2 drams and a cocktail of the Broody Hen Scotch Blend and 10 Year Old Single Malt. Your favourite bottle will be available in our shop at the end of the tour!

Highlights of your tour:

• Discover a unique and exclusive spirit only available at Summerhall Distillery.

• Let us talk you through the evolution of the spirit over the centuries.

• Lear about the smugglers and how thousands of stills were distilling the spirit illicitly for over 150 years.

• Enjoy 3 full strength drinks in a very rustic atmosphere in our tavern.

• Wrap up your tour with a peak in our distillery where we bottle and label all our bottles by hand.
