Our tutored tasting will take you through our whisky tavern where you will discover the complex history that shaped the national spirit over the centuries as you are enjoying a selection of 4 drams of the Broody Hen Scotch range.

Highlights of your tour:

• Discover a unique and exclusive spirit only available at Summerhall Distillery.

• Let us talk you through the evolution of the spirit over the centuries.

• Lear about the smugglers and how thousands of stills were distilling the spirit illicitly for over 150 years.

• Enjoy 4 dramsof whisky in a very rustic atmosphere in our tavern.

• Wrap up your tour with a peak in our distillery where we bottle and label all our bottles by hand.

A minimum of two participants is required to conduct the tour. In the event that only one individual is booked for the tour, we reserve the right to cancel and provide the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
